Kansas City 4, Sioux Falls 1 (10 Innings) – Box Third baseman Jordan Edgerton launched a game winning three-run home run in the bottom of the 10th inning as Kansas City defeated Sioux Falls in a walk-off, 4-1. The T-Bones have now won six in a row and keep pace with the Lincoln Saltdogs atop the Central Division. Kansas City 2B Marcus Lemon went 3-for-5 with a run scored while 1B Kevin Keyes added a pair of hits in five at-bats and plated a run. T-Bones pitcher Luis Paula tossed two scoreless innings of relief to earn the victory and improve his record to 3-2 on the season. Paula gave up a walk and struck out one in the seven batters faced. For Sioux Falls in the losing effort, 1B Chris Jacobs hit his league leading 13th home run of the season. Lincoln 3, Texas 1 (10 Innings) – Box Lincoln brought home a pair of runs off a two-base error by Texas reliever Luis De La Cruz in the top of the 10th inning as the Saltdogs downed the AirHogs, 3-1.
