Kansas City 6, Sioux City 3 (10 Innings) – Box The Kansas City T-Bones scored three runs in the top of the 10th inning to rally past the Sioux City Explorers, 6-3. Sioux City carried a 3-1 lead into the ninth only to see Kansas City 3B Jimmy Mojica belt a two-run home run to tie the score up at 3-3 and send the contest into extra innings. Mojica had two hits, two runs scored and two RBI while CF Tyler Massey added three hits and scored a run. Kansas City closer Mark Haynes threw two innings of scoreless relief with three strikeouts to win the game and improve his record to 2-1 on the season. Texas 3, Sioux Falls 2 – Box Second baseman Brian Bistagne singled home LF Burt Reynolds in the sixth inning to give Texas a 3-1 lead and that proved to be the difference as they went on to defeat the Sioux Falls Canaries by a 3-2 score. AirHogs leadoff hitter Michael Hur and 3B Cory Morales led the way offensively as each had 2-for-4 nights at the plate with a run scored.
