St. Paul 3, Texas 0 (F-11)- Box Score It took a 11 innings to score a run in a game between the St. Paul Saint and the Texas Airhogs on Tuesday. Both starters, Miguel Rosario (Texas) and Matt Solter (St. Paul), pitched seven scoreless innings before turning it over to their respective bullpens. 16 runners were stranded between the two teams. In the top of the ninth, St. Paul loaded the bases before Justin O’Connor was struck out to end the threat. The game remained tied until the top of the 11th. The inning began with a 5-3 putout before Jayce Boyd walked. Noah Perio followed by flying out to center field. In the next at bat, Boyd stole second and advanced to third on an error by the catcher before scoring on a single by Dante Bichette Jr. Two batters later, O’Connor got a chance to redeem himself and he didn’t disappoint, driving in two to provide some insurance and bring the game to its final score.
