St. Paul 4, Sioux Falls 3 (13 Innings) – Box Score The St. Paul Saints overcame a ninth-inning rally from the Sioux Falls Canaries to claim a 4-3 win in 13 innings. The Saints took the lead in the seventh as 1B John Silviano (4-for-5) singled home C Chris Chinea (3-for-5). In the top of the ninth, Silviano singled home Chinea again and then RF Max Murphy scored on a sac fly from DH Justin Byrd. But in the bottom of the frame, with two outs, 1B Alay Lago (2-for-7) singled to plate CF Logan Landon and LF Ryan Brett (2-for-6) and in the next at-bat, 3B Damek Tomscha singled home SS Andrew Ely (2-for-6).
