St. Paul 6, Fargo-Moorhead 5- Box Score The St. Paul Saints edged the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks 6-5 on Tuesday to give their manager, George Tsamis, his 1000th career win. Maikol Gonzalez opened the scoring in the top of the first with a one-run single to give the RedHawks a 1-0 lead. Josh Allen tied the game in the bottom of the frame with his first of two home runs on the day. Then, in the top of the second, Brennan Metzger picked up an RBI double and scored in the next at bat on another run producing single by Gonzalez. Allen would also drive in another run in the second inning, scoring Jayce Boyd on a bases loaded hit by pitch to make the game 3-2. The RedHawks scored two more on RBIs by Metzger and Gonzalez to 5-2 in the top of the fourth. The Saints began mounting their comeback in the bottom of the fifth when Dante Bichette Jr. picked up an RBI single. Allen cut the lead to one in the seventh with his second solo home run of the game. Justin O’Conner tied the game in the eighth, hitting a sacrifice fly to drive in Bichette Jr.,…
