St. Paul 2, Wichita 0- Box Score Six St. Paul Saints’ pitchers combined for a 2-0 shutout of the Wichita Wingnuts on Tuesday. Jake Esch was masterful in the start for the Saints, giving up five hits and walking two while striking out 10 in seven innings. Esch was followed by Ken Frosch, Jake Matthys, and Ryan Boelter who each pitched one out of the scoreless eighth before handing the ball over to Tom Wilhelmsen who pitched a scoreless ninth. St. Paul scored one in the top of the first on an RBI groundout by Noah Perio Jr. that scored Josh Allen. Kes Carter added the second run with a solo home run in the top of the ninth. Chicago 1, Sioux Falls 0- Box Score The Chicago Dogs defeated the Sioux Falls Canaries 1-0 in eleven inning walk-off fashion on Tuesday. Michael Baca led off the bottom of the eleventh with a double and moved to third via a sacrifice bunt by Wilfredo Rodriguez in the next at bat. Then, with the count at 1-2 Shawn Dunston Jr. delivered a single to score Baca from third and give Chicago the win. Between the two team a combined eight pitchers…
