St. Paul 10, Sioux City 5 — Box Score The St. Paul Saints scored nine runs in the first four innings and held on to take a 10-5 win against the Sioux City Explorers. The Saints leadoff man RF Danny Oh went 3-for-6 on the night with an RBI and a run scored. CF Breland Almadova, hitting in the No. 2 spot, also had a nice night at the plate as he went 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI. Six other Saints had hits in the game including C Maxx Garrett and SS Tanner Vavra, who each had a pair. For the Explorers, RF Michael Lang went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and 1B John Nogowski went 2-for-3 with an RBI. Saints starting pitcher Mark Hamburger improved to 4-1 on the season after working 7.2 innings and giving up five runs on 11 hits while striking out two batters. Wichita 15, Kansas City 3 — Box Score The Wichita Wingnuts saw multi-hit games from seven different batters on their way to a 15-3 win against the Kansas City T-Bones.
