Fargo-Moorhead 6, Winnipeg 5 – Box Score The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (29-15) held off a ninth-inning push to snag a 6-5 win against the Winnipeg Goldeyes. The RedHawks took the lead when LF Devan Ahart (2-for-5) singled home SS Yhoxian Medina in the third and doubled that lead in the next inning as CF Brennan Metzger singled home 3B Leobaldo Pina (2-for-4). In the fifth, 1B Correlle Prime had an RBI double and then scored when Pina homered two batters later. In the bottom of the inning, 3B Jordan Hovey (2-for-4) tripled home a pair of runs and then scored when 2B Alex Perez bounced out. The Goldeyes added runs in the sixth and seventh to pull within one run and they put the tying and winning runs on base in the ninth before a strikeout and a fly out to center field ended the threat.
