GRAND PRAIRIE, Tex. (July 31, 2019) – The Cleburne Railroaders won the completion of a suspended game 8-5 and dropped the regularly scheduled game 4-3 in eight innings to the Texas AirHogs on Wednesday night at AirHogs Stadium. Game One Recap: With the game restarting tied at 3-3 in the fifth, Texas took the early initiative with a pair of runs on a Stewart Ijames home run and a Stephen Haviar RBI groundout. The Railroaders answered in the top of the sixth with three runs of their own, all with two outs. Nick Rotola dumped a two-run single into right, and Angel Reyes grounded a single up the middle to plate another as Cleburne grabbed a 6-5 lead. Daniel Robertson punched a two-run single up the middle in the eighth to give the Railroaders more breathing room. Stephen Johnson (5-1) worked all five innings for Cleburne to earn the win.…
