Gary SouthShore 10, Milwaukee 9 (13 Innings) – Box Score The Gary SouthShore RailCats (1-2) walked off on the Milwaukee Milkmen 10-9 in 13 innings on Thursday afternoon to deny the defending champs the season-opening sweep. The Milkmen (2-1) started off strong with a pair of runs in both of the first two innings including the fourth home run of the year from red hot 2B Aaron Hill. Milwaukee pushed the lead to 5-0 in the top of the sixth thanks to an RBI double from C Christian Correa (2-for-6) but the RailCats came to life in the bottom of the frame. The RailCats sent 13 batters to the plate in the bottom of the sixth and scored seven runs on six hits.
