The American Association has announced the 2016 Playoff Schedule for the first round of games, which will begin on Wednesday, September 7. The matchups will pit the North Division champion St. Paul Saints against the Wild Card winning Winnipeg Goldeyes, as well as the Central Division champion Sioux City Explorers facing the South Division champion Wichita Wingnuts.
