Milwaukee 2, Chicago 1 – Box Score The Milwaukee Milkmen slid past the Chicago Dogs 2-1 on Saturday night at Franklin Field. In the bottom of the third inning SS Mason Davis scored when 1B David Washington doubled and, in the next at-bat, Washington scored when LF Adam Walker singled and advanced to third on an error. The Dogs scored their only run in the top of fifth inning when DH K.C. Hobson (2-for-5) scored on a bases-loaded walk drawn by C Ryan Haug. CF Michael Crouse had a 2-for-4 night at the plate for the Dogs. The Milkmen held the Dogs to just eight hits in the game; reliever Jake Matthys was credited with the win for 1.1 innings of work with three Ks.
