Milwaukee 3, Winnipeg 2 (10 Innings) – Box Score The Milwaukee Milkmen edged the Winnipeg Goldeyes 3-2 in 10 innings on Saturday night thanks to an RBI single from C Christian Correa. Both teams scored in the first inning as 2B Dylan Tice (2-for-5) doubled home CF Brett Vertigan (3-for-5) in the top half for the Milkmen and SS Wes Darvill (2-for-4) hit a lead-off homer in the bottom half for the Goldeyes. Tice homered in the fourth to briefly give the Milkmen the lead, but in the bottom half, LF Jordan George (2-for-4) singled to score RF Dario Pizzano (2-for-5) to tie things up again. The score remained tied until the top of the 10th when Vertigan hit a lead-off single and moved to third on a pair of wild pitches. Correa singled to left first to plate the game-winning run.
