Milwaukee 1, St. Paul 0 – Box Score The Milwaukee Milkmen held the St. Paul Saints to just two hits as they improved to 30-22 on the year with a 1-0 win. Starting pitcher Henderson Alvarez went eight strong innings and allowed just two hits, no walks and had five strikeouts as he picked up the win. Closer Peyton Grey struck out a pair in the ninth to earn the save. Saints starter Mike Devine took the hard-luck loss as he went 8.1 innings and allowed just one run on four hits while striking out 13 batters. The game’s only run came in the top of the second innings as C Christian Correa singled to right to plate SS Mason Davis.
