Milwaukee 3, St. Paul 1 (10 Innings) — Box Score The Milwaukee Milkmen (8-4) worked past the St. Paul Saints 3-1 in 10 innings on Friday night at Sioux Falls Stadium. The Milkmen broke the scoreless tie in the top of the sixth inning when CF Brett Vertigan (2-for-5) scored on a sacrifice fly from SS Mason Davis. That looked to be the game-winning run until the bottom of the ninth inning when C Chris Chinea doubled home 3B Chesny Young, who drew a leadoff walk. That run forced the extra frame. In the 10th, DH Aaron Hill led off the inning by reaching on an error. He scored the go-ahead run as Davis lifted a sac fly to left field.
