Milwaukee 3, Winnipeg 0 (Game 1/7 Innings – Box Score The Milwaukee Milkmen held the Winnipeg Goldeyes to just three hits in game one of their doubleheader as they picked up a 3-0 win. In the top of the first inning, 2B Dylan Tice doubled to score CF Brett Vertigan (3-for-4) and then scored himself in the next at-bat when LF Adam Brett Walker II singled to left. Walker II added the team’s only other run in the top of the fifth when he pushed 3B Logan Trowbridge across the plate by bouncing out to third. That RBI gave him 50 on the season. Starting pitcher Drew Hutchison earned the win as he went five scoreless innings, allowing three hits and striking out 11 batters.
