Lang did it all offensively for Sioux City tonight as he went 3-for-4 with two home runs, three runs scored and four RBI. Explorers CF Matty Johnson collected two hits and scored two runs while 3B Tommy Mendonca had a 2-for-5 night with a run scored and a RBI. Explorers pitcher Connor Overton threw two innings of relief and picked up his third win of the year. Overton gave up an earned run on two hits and struck out three batters. St. Paul 3, Winnipeg 2 – Box In front of a crowd of 9,736, St. Paul starting pitcher Mark Hamburger tossed 8 2/3 innings of solid baseball in leading the Saints to a 3-2 win over the Winnipeg Goldeyes. Hamburger gave up two earned runs on eight hits with seven strikeouts in a 123-pitch performance. The righty is now a perfect 6-0 on the season, which is the best in the American Association.
