Chicago 3, Milwaukee 2 – Box Score The Chicago Dogs (7-10) held the Milwaukee Milkmen to just three hits as they picked up a 3-2 win on Friday night at Impact Field. The Dogs took the lead in the bottom of the third with a two-run home run from C Garrett Hope. 3B Dylan Tice matched that for the Milkmen in the top of the sixth but CF Michael Crouse scored what turned out to be the game-winning run in the bottom of the frame on a pass ball. No batter for either team had more than one hit as the Milkmen held the Dogs to just six hits on the day as well. Starting pitcher Jake Dahlberg (1-0) earned the win after working 6.2 innings and allowing two runs on three hits while striking out two.
