Last night, in the deciding Game Five of the best-of-5 American Association Championship series, the hometown Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks defeated the Milwaukee Milkmen in extra innings. The RedHawks won in the 10th inning by a final score of 9-8.

This is the RedHawks’ first American Association championship and the first since 2010, when Fargo won the last Northern League championship series.
