The Vallejo Admirals, which played in the Pacific Association this season, look like they are finished for the 2013 season. The Pacific Association’s website posted a very brief announcement that all Admirals players (active and inactive) are now free agents and can sign where they wish:
Vallejo was formed relatively late in the off-season. Whether the team will be back next season is uncertain at this time. Here is an article which was posted earlier in the week about the Admirals situation:
The likely scenario is that the PA will be going with 4 teams for the remainder of the season:
- San Rafael Pacifics
- East Bay Lumberjacks (replacement team)
- Na Koa Ikaika Maui (Maui Strong Warriors)
- Hawaii Stars
The Santa Rosa Rosebuds may continue to fill in on the schedule periodically.
Should any of this change then it will be posted on this website.
