In the past week there were adjustments made to the landscape of independent baseball leagues for the 2021 regular season. The adjustments were made for the Pecos League (dropping two teams in the Pacific Division, Lancaster and High Desert), the Pacific Association (Vallejo announcing it won’t play in 2021), and the Empire League confirming its 6-team schedule.
