The San Rafael Pacifics won the 2015 Pacific Association championship with a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning. They defeated the Sonoma Stompers.

The Pacifics now have won back-to-back Pacific Association championships. The team also won the split-division title for the 2012 North American League (Northern Division champions).
