The San Rafael Pacifics (Pacific Association) named James Frisbee as its field manager and Stefan Wever as the team’s new pitching coach. Frisbee has several years of independent baseball experience as both a player and a coach & manager including the: Texas-Louisiana League, Central League, Frontier League, American Association, South Coast League and the North American League.
