BallparkDigest.com this week posted an article quoting different sources that Diamond Sports Entertainment is now severed from the North American League as the management entity which oversees league operations. This is major news as the NAL does not have an official commissioner as of yet for the entire league, especially the four teams which will constitute the Northern Division of the NAL for 2012.

According to the press release on the Panthers website, it appears that the Arizona Winter League (the pay-to-play developmental league) is not going to be operated by Diamond Sports Entertainment either. Once more news about all of this becomes available, it will be posted on this site.
