Bill “The Spaceman” Lee pitched a complete game last year, earning the victory at 65 years old. He is returning to the San Rafael Pacifics next week to be in 2 games:
- be a designated hitter in the first game
- play every position in the second game, culminating in the 9th inning with him on the mound
Should he get a save then he would be the oldest person to win a complete game and record a save as a pro baseball pitcher.
