- American Association: Shreveport-Bossier Captains are the 2010 champions
- Atlantic League: regular season still playing
- Can-Am League: Pittsfield Colonials will face the Quebec Capitales starting on Tuesday (Sept 14) for the 2010 Can-Am League championship
- Continental League: Big Bend Cowboys are the 2010 champions
- Frontier League: Tonight the River City Rascals will face the Southern Illinois Miners in Game 4 (best of 5) to determine the team which will face the Traverse City Beach Bums for the 2010 Frontier League championship
- Golden League: Na Koa Ikaika Maui will face the Chico Outlaws on Tuesday (Sept 14) for Game 1 of the 2010 GBL Championship. Game 2 will be Wednesday in Chico; and Games 3 through 5 (if necessary) will be in Maui starting Friday night (Sept 17)
- Northern League: Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks will face the Kansas City T-Bones in the best-of-5 2010 Northern League championship. The first two games are in Kansas City starting Tuesday night (Sept 14)
- United League: Amarillo Dillas are the 2010 champions
