Anthony, most of the teams are all set with their coaching staff selections for the season. Your best bet is to get on their “radar screens” for a late-season replacement, much like players not invited to spring training should being doing now. Without pro experience it will be tougher than usual, but not out of the question. Consider starting with the lower-level independent leagues.
