SS Leo Vargas had a strong game in the win, as he picked up a hit, scored once and drove in a run. 2B Christian Stringer also picked up a RBI in the win, as he raised his average to .296. RHP Jordan Cooper went seven strong innings, allowing a run on five hits and striking out four batters to pick up his sixth win of the year. RHP Ryan Kussmaul earned the save, allowing a hit and striking out two batters in the process. The save was his first of the season in 15 appearances. Cleburne 6, Texas 3 – Box The Railroaders outlasted the Airhogs in a hectic affair that saw neither team score until the sixth inning when the Airhogs took a 1-0 lead. The Railroaders scored three runs each in the seventh and eighth innings to take a commanding 6-1 lead en route to their 35th win of the year. CF K.C.
