Wichita 6, Salina 1 – Box This game was never much in doubt, thanks to a fantastic starting pitching performance from RHP Jordan Cooper. Cooper pitched seven shutout frames to earn the win, allowing two hits and a walk and striking out five. He was provided with insurance runs in the fourth inning, thanks to a two-run single from C Zac Fisher, his second and third RBIs of the season. 3B TJ Mittelstaedt extended his RBI streak to four consecutive games, picking up his fifth RBI of the season on a sacrifice fly in the seventh inning. Fisher and RF Richard Prigatano each had multi-hit games, finishing with three and two hits respectively. LF Roche Woodard picked up the lone RBI for the Stockade with a run-scoring double in the eighth inning. RHP Joe Robinson was tagged with the loss, pitching 5.1 innings, allowing three runs (two earned), three hits and four walks, while striking out five.
