Wichita 10, St. Paul 8 — Box Score The Wichita Wingnuts rallied for an 8-2 deficit to come back and snag a 10-8 win against the St. Paul Saints. Heading into the top of the fifth, the Wingnuts trailed by six runs but Brennen Salgado cut that in half with a three-run home run. Wichita took the lead in the sixth as DH T.J. Mittelstaedt and 1B Matt Chavez hit back-to-back RBI singles and then both scored when C Martin Medina scored. Chavez added a solo home run in the top of the eighth. For the game, the Wingnuts tallied 15 hits, including three from 3B Zack Cox and two each from five other batters. For St. Paul, 1B David Bergin went 3-for-5 for six RBI starting with a two-run home run in the first inning.
