The Joliet Slammers, presented by ATI Physical Therapy, are back at home this weekend for games Friday, July 15 through Sunday, July 17. FRIDAY, JULY 15: FIREWORKS FRIDAY PROVIDED BY LUMINA PYROTECHNICS Game time set for 7:05 pm. SATURDAY, JULY 16: COSPLAY NIGHT Game time set for 6:05 pm. Dress up as your favorite super hero, villain, movie or book character, or create a character of your own to dress up as. All fans in costume will receive a free drink voucher! Several Pokemon have been spotted around Silver Cross Field in Pokemon Go..so be sure to look for those! Following the game, kids can run the bases for a FREE ice cream cone presented by Andy’s Frozen Custard. CATCH EM ALL’ at the ballpark, or you can say “Slammers Pokéstop!” Pokémon have been spotted all over the ballpark including the Beer Garden, Right Field, the notable Hall of fame room, and more.
