CHRISMON NAMED PITCHER OF THE MONTH

Going 3-0 with a 1.70 ERA in 37.0 innings pitched, Ottawa Champions’ RHP Austin Chrismon (pictured) earned the title of Rawlings Pitcher of the Month for the month of June in the Can-Am League. Chrismon was selected by Pointstreak, the official statistician of the Can-Am League. The East Carolina University product started off his tremendous stretch on June 6. Despite receiving a no-decision, Chrismon didn’t allow an earned run over six innings in a 3-2 loss at Quebec.
