Sauget, Ill. – The Gateway Grizzlies announced on Wednesday the special VIP meet and greet tickets for Willie McGee are sold out. Single and group tickets for opening day on May 13th at GCS Ballpark are still available. McGee, the former St. Louis Cardinal will visit Sauget, Ill. for a special appearance to kick off the opening weekend for the Grizzlies. Field box seat tickets for opening night are $15, bleacher seats are $11 and lawn seats are only $10. The game will feature a postgame fireworks show. The Grizzlies will take on the Washington Wild Things Friday, May 13th to open the season in the first of the three game series. First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. Saturday is going to be the annual Steamfitters day at GCS Ballpark and will feature a scroll pen giveaway presented by Quantum Vision. Sunday is American Heart Association day and all kids in attendance and run the bases after the game.
