July 7 Recap Trois-Rivieres 7, Ottawa 3 – Box Score Trois-Rivieres scored four runs with two outs in the ninth inning to break a 3-3 tie and defeat Ottawa by a final of 7-3. The Aigles had 11 hits in the contest with three batters collecting multi-hit games. Trois-Rivieres 3B Tucker Nathans went 2-for-4 with a run scored and two RBIs while SS Taylor Brennan (pictured) had two hits in five at-bats along with three runs batted in. Aigles LF Raphael Gladu also chipped in a pair of hits and 2B David Glaude plated two runs. Trois-Rivieres pitcher Cortland Cox tossed a scoreless eighth inning and picked-up the big victory. Cox struck out all three batters he faced in the frame and is now 2-2 on the year. Left fielder Eduard Pinto had a 1-for-3 afternoon with two RBIs in the loss for the Champions.
