June 29 Recap Sussex County 3, Rockland 2 (11 Innings) – Box Score Third baseman Jarred Mederos (pictured) singled home 1B Audy Ciriaco with the game winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning as Sussex County defeated Rockland in a walk-off, 3-2. Ciriaco would start off the 11th inning at second base. The next batter, DH/LF Jose Brizuela, was intentionally walked and took first base. With runners on first and second base and no one out, Mederos came up to the plate and got the big hit that scored Ciriaco and gave the Miners the win. Brizuela and Ciriaco each collected a hit and a run while CF Brandon Downes had a 2-for-3 night with a run and an RBI.
