For the Beavers, starting pitcher Gerry Salisbury earned a no decision, scattering four hits and fanned eight, while Nick Campana homered and Thomas Roulis went 2-for-5 to lead the offensive attack. With the Beavers leading 2-1 in the bottom of the eighth inning, Drew Kitson hit his first homer of the season, tying the game at 2-2.
