Onetime Can-Am reliever Luis Garcia is one player who does not seem to have any worries this offseason whether he will continue to shuttle between Triple-A and the parent Philadelphia Phillies.The website Fansided believes Garcia cemented a major league job for next year, pointing out that statistics from Baseball Reference show the 30-year-old as the team’s fourth most valuable pitcher this season.
