The Quebec Capitales have been one of the Can-Am League’s most consistent teams in 2017. At the start of play on Sunday, the Capitales are 63-35, tied for first place in the Can-Am League. For his efforts leading the Capitales, manager Patrick Scalabrini (pictured) has been named the 2017 Can-Am League Manager of the Year. The award was voted upon by Scalabrini’s managerial peers and league clubs’ media relations personnel.
